We work in conjunction with South West abattoirs to get your livestock from paddock to plate just the way you’d like it. Whether it’s a single animal to feed your family or you’re processing animals to sell to your own customers, following receival from a nominated abattoir, we can process to your needs. Bulk-packed or portioned and tray packed? Roasts, lots of mince or lots of sausages? Gluten free sausages in natural skins or our top notch BBQ sausages? Super thick cut steaks?We’ll work through the options with you.
